1. General: These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of Neesie's Best Coffee (neesiesbestcoffee.com), operated by Danilo Johnson, a sole proprietor based in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA.

2. Products: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing & Payment: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Orders & Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Neesie's Best Coffee fulfills orders through a third-party supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the supplier or shipping carrier.

5. Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing. Free shipping applies to single-item orders. Shipping rates apply to multiple or bulk items and will be calculated at checkout.

6. All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at danilo.johnson1202@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Neesie's Best Coffee and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability: Neesie's Best Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
